Live and Let Live

  1. Exercise for 30 minutes each day.
  2. Drink 8 glasses of water every day.
  3. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
  4. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
  5. Live with 3 E’s. 1.Energy    2.Enthusiasm    3.Empathy
  6. Make time for prayer and reflection.
  7. Play more games, practice yoga, avoid salt, don’t drink soda.
  8. Read more books to know about the surroundings.
  9. Sit in silence for atleast 10 minutes each day to know about yourself.
  10. Sleep for 8 hours a day.
  11. Take a 30 minute walk every day and while you walk smile, it  creates positive energy.
  12. Don’t compare your life with others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
  13. Time heals everything.
  14. Don’t take yourself so seriously no one else does.
  15. Don’t waste your time and energy on gossip.
  16. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.
  17. Make peace with your past, so it won’t spoil the present.
  18. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.
  19. However good or bad your situation is,  it will change.
  20. Remember that you are too blessed to be stressed.
  21. Give time to your family.
  22. Each day give something to others in any way.
  23. What other people think of you is none of your business.
  24. Take each day as a new challenge it will change your life.
  25. Life isn’t fair, but it’s still good. Enjoy your life because everything is temporary.
