An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

Walking is the best exercise which requires no money.

Both lines gives positive energy, but for few minutes or for the day.

All says I don’t have time to walk, I do the job from 9 am to 8 pm, and how I can walk after this busy schedule. All these are reasons.

Exertion and Exercise both are different term. What we do is exertion not exercise.

For healthy life some tips are given below:

  • Walk every day for 45-45 mins.
  • Eat proper healthy food.
  • Drink 1 glass warm water in early morning.
  • Drink 2-3 liters water every day.
  • Think positive.
  • Sleep 6-7 hours daily.
  • Eat dry fruits and salads regularly.
  • Eat at least 1 antioxidant fruit/vegetable regularly.
  • Do full body check-up every year.
